Base salary of $40,000 with potential to reach $95,000 with lucrative incentives!! As a Regional Admissions/Community Coordinator you will be responsible to assist the organization with personal care and independent living admissions in our Ligonier and Greensburg, PA, facilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, conducting facility tours, meeting with residents and family members prior to and upon admission, marketing Concordia services at health fairs and organizational events, planning and coordinating resident events and community outreach.
The candidate must maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the process.
We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to join our team! Full-time, Monday-Friday, daylight shift, with occasional evenings and weekends.
Competitive starting pay with excellent incentive program.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and marketing experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Motivated to perform job duties with minimal supervision.
Commitment to serving the mission of Concordia Lutheran Ministries.
Some travel required, Westmoreland/Allegheny County regions.
