Requirements:
Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator License Seasoned and organized leader Comfortable working with elderly residents Compliance with both Federal and State requirements and regulations
Responsibilities:
Maintain compliance with policies & procedures as well as regulations Provide non-medical supervision to nursing team members providing care to residents Oversee all other interdisciplinary departments within personal care facility Manage revenue and expenses according to budget Join our team of experienced and passionate people who serve our residents!
