This role serves as the gatekeeper of quality care to our residents by recruiting, hiring, and retaining only the best of candidates.
Focus will be on recruitment of compassionate team members as well as retention of our valued team.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in long-term care or human resources, preferably some office, administrative or clerical experience Collective Bargaining Unit (Union) experience required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Competence in MS Word, Excel, and familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Learning Management software Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with other managers and employees to accomplish goals Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred Familiarity with Federal and State employment regulations E.
