Administration - Receptionist Concordia at Bethlen is seeking a Receptionist for its Ligonier, PA location.
The Receptionist provides front desk and telephone coverage for the building in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner when dealing with residents, families, co-workers, and visitors.
Candidates with a caring demeanor and excellent customer service skills are encouraged to apply!
Qualifications:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent Previous reception and/or switchboard experience preferred Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Possesses customer service and hospitality skills Strong typing and computer skills Must be efficient, organized, and able to multi-task Duties:
